Being born a Marwadi; a trademark expression for people born in Marwad region of Rajasthan state of India; I am expected to have inborn qualities and skills to become a successful businessman and therefore, to test those, apart from doing scientific research on ecology of bats, I tried my luck of developing and doing businesses of choice. Hereunder is the brief description of the business initiatives I have started so far and trying to develop them constructively with persistent, dedicated, determined and directional efforts to ensure desired success. 

SUVIDHA DEVELOPERS

Suvidha Developers is one of my two partnership firms wherein through we buy the selected piece and parcel of clear title marketable agricultural land; apply and change its status from Agricultural to Non - Agricultural (N.A.); submit required application with appropriate architectural plan to the town planning department of concerned governing bodies and acquire commencement certificate (CC) with eligible and approved FSI (Floor Space Index), then either develop it on self or sale it to the interested and competent builders to built residential or commercial buildings thereon. Which then finally been sold to the potential end user retail buyers on market matched margin added rates to earn expected profit through said trading.

VINAYAK CONSULTANCY

Vinayak Consultancy is one of my three proprietorship firms and is located at self-owned office premises: A - 05, First Floor, Jai-Ish Krupa CHSL, Near Platform No. 01, Anand Nagar, Vasai (West), District Palghar, Maharashtra, India - 401202; wherein through we are committed to give quality and competent consultancy services to our selective, sincere and deserving clients to meet out their revenue related queries, assist in documentation and registration of their revenue and property related documents, guide on systematic investment in prominent and potential properties to ensure handsome return benefits. 

Beside this we coordinate with competent and reputed architects and builders of Vasai - Virar City Municipal Corporation (VVCMC), Palghar District and Mumbai Jurisdiction to explore the possibilities and invest to buy commercial properties (Shops) at wholesale rates in buildings to be constructed at prominent locations therein, and then resale them to the potential retail buyers on our market matched margin added rates to earn expected profit through said trading.

Suvidha Medical is one of my three proprietorship firms and is located at rental corner shop premises: A - 01, Umarpada, Rajavali, Shriji Chawl, Umarpada, Rajavali, Vasai (East), District Palghar, Maharashtra, India - 401208; where in through we sale prescribed medicines, cosmetic and general goods to our prospective customers on retails basis. This retail shop outlet is exclusively been managed by my sales manager and salaried staff working therein. 

LIFELINE MEDICAL AND GENERAL STORE

Lifeline Medical and General Store is one of my three proprietorship firms and is located at rental shop premises: Shop No.: 02, Evershine Marvel CHSL, Opposite Dreamland Shopping Mall, Evershine City, Vasai (East), District Palghar, Maharashtra, India - 401208; where in through we sale prescribed medicines, cosmetic and general goods to our prospective customers on retails basis. This retail shop outlet is exclusively been managed by my sales manager and salaried staff working therein.
